Our Approach
Bodega was presented as a filmmaker-led screening focused on showcasing the director’s work within a high-energy, performance-oriented venue. The approach centered on clear structure and strong programming to ensure the film remained the focal point of the evening while fitting naturally into a larger event environment.
As lead producer, I designed and managed the full run of show, including audience flow, screening timing, and a post-film panel. Programming decisions were made to preserve momentum, support the director’s vision, and keep the audience engaged without disrupting the overall rhythm of the night.
I led on-site production at House of Yes, overseeing logistics, timing, and coordination across teams. This included managing transitions between screening, panel, and subsequent programming, troubleshooting in real time, and maintaining control of the room to ensure a smooth, professional experience for both the audience and filmmakers.
